CUREA Refund & Cancellation Policy

By subscribing to CUREA, you agree to the following terms. Please read carefully before placing your order.


Subscription Terms

All CUREA purchases are subscription-based. When you subscribe, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the interval you selected (e.g., every 30, 60, or 90 days) until you cancel.


No Refunds Policy

All sales are final. Due to the nature of skincare products and hygiene concerns, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any orders—opened or unopened.

This includes:

  • Subscription orders (first shipment and all recurring shipments)
  • Orders where you changed your mind after purchase
  • Orders placed by mistake
  • Dissatisfaction with product results

We encourage all customers to review product information, ingredients, and FAQs before subscribing.


Exceptions

We will only issue a refund or replacement in the following cases:

  1. Damaged in Transit: Product arrived visibly damaged or broken. You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.
  2. Wrong Item Sent: You received an incorrect product. You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
  3. Lost Package: Shipment is confirmed lost by the carrier after investigation. We will reship or refund at our discretion.

Refunds or replacements under these exceptions are issued at CUREA's sole discretion and require photo documentation.


How to Cancel Your Subscription

You may cancel your subscription at any time by:

  • Logging into your account at [curea.shop] and managing your subscription
  • Emailing us at [support@curea.shop] with your order number and email address

Cancellation requests must be received at least 72 hours before your next billing date. If your request is received after this window, you will be charged for the upcoming order and that shipment will be final.

Cancellation stops future charges only. We do not provide refunds for orders already processed or shipped.


Chargebacks & Disputes

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us, we reserve the right to:

  • Dispute the chargeback with documentation
  • Suspend or terminate your account
  • Pursue collection of any owed amounts
  • Report fraudulent activity where applicable

We encourage customers to contact us directly at [support@curea.shop] to resolve any issues before disputing a charge with your bank.


Order Modifications

Once an order has been placed or a subscription shipment has been processed, we cannot:

  • Cancel the order
  • Change the shipping address
  • Modify the order contents

Please ensure all information is correct before completing your purchase.
