CUREA Shipping Policy

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) after payment confirmation.

During high-volume periods (sales, product launches, holidays), processing may take up to 5 business days. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Subscription Orders: Recurring subscription orders are processed automatically based on your billing cycle. You will receive a shipping confirmation email when each shipment is dispatched.

Delivery times are estimated from the ship date, not the order date. Actual delivery times may vary based on carrier and destination.

Free Shipping: All orders qualify for free standard shipping within the United States.


International Shipping

We currently ship to select international destinations.

International customers are responsible for:

  • All customs duties, import taxes, and fees imposed by your country
  • Any brokerage fees charged by the carrier
  • Delays due to customs processing or inspections

CUREA has no control over customs policies and cannot predict or prepay duties/taxes. These charges are determined by your country's customs office and are not included in your order total.

We are not responsible for packages held, delayed, or returned by customs.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package by:

  • Clicking the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email
  • Logging into your account at curea.shop
  • Visiting the carrier's website directly

Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update after your order ships.

If your tracking has not updated for more than 7 business days (domestic) or 14 business days (international), please contact us at support@curea.shop.


Delivery Issues

Incorrect Address: You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by you.

  • If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for reshipping costs.
  • If an order is lost due to an incorrect address, no refund or replacement will be issued.

Undeliverable Packages: If a package is marked undeliverable and returned to us due to an invalid address, refusal of delivery, or failure to pick up, you will be responsible for reshipping costs to resend the order.


Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Lost Packages:

  • If your package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, first check with neighbors, building management, or other household members.
  • Contact the carrier directly to open an investigation.
  • If the carrier confirms the package is lost, contact us at support@curea.shop within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier and may reship or refund at our discretion.

Stolen Packages:

  • Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, CUREA is not responsible for stolen packages.
  • We recommend using a secure delivery location or requiring a signature at checkout if available.
  • If you believe your package was stolen, please file a police report and a claim with the carrier.

Damaged Packages:

  • If your order arrives damaged, contact us at support@curea.shop within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Include your order number and photos of the damaged packaging and product.
  • We will review and may issue a replacement at our discretion.

P.O. Boxes & APO/FPO Addresses

We ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO military addresses via USPS. Please note that delivery to these addresses may take longer than standard delivery times.


Order Modifications & Cancellations

Once an order is placed, we begin processing immediately. We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations after your order is submitted.

If you need to modify or cancel your order, contact us at support@curea.shop as soon as possible. If your order has already been processed or shipped, we will be unable to make changes.

Subscription Orders: To skip, pause, or cancel a subscription shipment, you must submit your request at least 72 hours before your next billing date. Changes requested after this window will apply to the following cycle.


Shipping Delays

While we strive to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to:

  • High order volume during promotions or holidays
  • Carrier delays (weather, capacity issues, operational disruptions)
  • Customs processing (international orders)
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping information
  • Natural disasters or events beyond our control

CUREA is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers or circumstances outside our control. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed.

We do not offer refunds, discounts, or compensation for shipping delays.


Holiday Shipping

During peak holiday seasons, carriers experience high volumes that may cause delays. We recommend placing orders early to ensure timely delivery.

Holiday Cutoff Dates: We will announce holiday shipping cutoff dates on our website and via email before major holidays. Orders placed after the cutoff may not arrive before the holiday.
